Wyoming Non-Profit Corporation, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released
and forever quit claimed unto the said NORTH LINCOLN COUNTY HOSPITAL
DISTRICT, d.b.a. Star Valley Medical Center, a Hospital District organized under the
State of Wyoming, Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, their heirs and assigns forever,
all such right, title, interest, property, posseSsion, claim and demand, as they may have
or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
LOT 1, LOT 4, LOT 5, and ADAMS STREET as shOwn on the
Plat titled, "Star Valley Medical Center Addition to the Town of
Afton Within.the NW¼ Section 31 T32N R118 W NE¼ Section
36 T32N R119 W, Lincoln County, Wyoming," filed in the official
records of the Lincoln County Clerk for and in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in being Index 880618.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
