in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
'Kendall Hill and Valerie Hill
whose address is 915 Park Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto 'the said
KENDALL HILL AND VALERIE HILL,
Husband and Wife
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A triangular parcel of property located adjacent to the north east corner of Lot 17 of Block 71
of the original Townsite of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Starting at a point which is 60 feet due south of the SE Corner of Lot 12 of Block 3 of the
original Townsite of Kelmnerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
thence 32° southwest 50 feet to the NE property line of Lot 17 of Block 71, original
Townsite of Kermnerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
thence 45° northwest 25 feet to the NW property line of Lot 17 of Block 71, original
Townsite of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
thence 55° northeast 50 feet to the starting point.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Kendall Hill and Valerie Hill
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
