Johnson Living Trust conveying' an undivided one-half interest the following described land: A tract of land commencing S 0°0' E, 420 feet form the Northeast corner of the 5ENSWN of Section 29, T37N RI 18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the point of beginning; thence S 0° £, 100 feet; thence N 90° W, 120 feet;. thence N 0° E, 100 feet; thence S 90° E, 120 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO A part of the SEN of Section 29, T37N R118W of the 6ih P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming Beginning at a point South 520.00 feet from the Northeast corner of the SE~SW~ of said Section 29; running thence South 28.90 feet to a point 790 feet North of the S~ corner of said Section 29; thence West 120.00 feet; thence North 28.9 feet; ~hence East 120.00 feet to the point of beginning. 3. The Quitclaim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly defined as required'by W.S. 34-2-I22 (I977) in that the trustees and the date of the Trust was not shown.
