MEMOR~b~.~~ SALE
An agreement has been entered into between Ion Crook,~ single maa,
and Nancy L. Crook, a married woman, joint tenants, of
Wyoming 83126, as Sellers, and Mark A. Jones, a single man, and Jill A.
Kaczmarczyk, a single woman, joint tenants, as Buyers, whose address is P.O.
BOX L~_, Alton, Wyoming 831'i0, for the purchase of the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
Including and together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and
any rights of grantor to minerals thereunder, but
subject to reservations and restrictions contained in
the United States Patent, taxes, assessments,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
encroachments, rights-of-way and easements of
sight and/or record.
Buyers shall be entitled to enter into possession of the above-described
property on the date of closing.
Sellers shall, upon payment in full of the purchase price as provided in
said Agreement, cause a Warranty Deed conveying the above-described
property to be delivered to the Buyers..
This Memorandum of Sale is for information and recordation purposes
only and does not constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
