grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
LORENE M. McLEAN,
a Married Person,

the following described real estate, sitUate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A portion of the Barber property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 477PR on
page 278 with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SE¼SE¼ of Section
35, T33N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds
being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the south line of said SE¼SE'i, said point being 391.52 feet N
89o25'26.' W, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1978 location for the Southeast corner of
said SE¼SE¼;
thence N 89025'26'' W, along said south line, 248.17 feet to the southeast corner of the
McLean property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 484PR on page 671;
thence N 0°31'16'' E, along the East line of said McLean property, 500.00 feet, to a
point in the south line of the Comito property referred to in Deed recorded in
Book 460PR on page 753;
thence S 89025'26" E, along said south line, 248.25 feet to the southeast corner of said
Comito property;
.thence S 0°31'50'' W, parallel with the west line of said SE¼SE¼, 500.00 feet, to the
point of beginning.
GRANTORS make the following restriction: Grantee may not build within 50 feet of the east
property line of the above described land or house livestock or store equipment.
SUBJECT, however, to alt reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
