Comes Now, Brad D. Hardy and Jolie Coleman Hardy whose address is 1380 E. Harvard
Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah 84105 who, being duly sworn on oath according to law, do
hereby make the following statements of facts and affirm:

That they are' the owners of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor
on the plat titled, "COLMAN HARDY FAMILY ESTATES WITHIN THE
W½NE¼ OF SECTION 25 T35N R119W, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING"
dated 07August 2002, as revised.
2. That they have reviewed said plat.
That they have read and understand the provisions .of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the
original mylar of said plat had been signed.
