RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
Know all men by these presents: that CHASE MORTGAGE' COMPANY hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing the date of September 4, 2001 made and executed by Darla S. Stephens And David J. Stephens, Wife And
Husband as mortgagor(s), to HEDLUND MORTGAGE COMPANY as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $144,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in the
Volume/Book 472 Page 369 Document 875773 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
LOT 240, LAKEVIEW ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CNTY
CLERK, LINCOLN CNTY, WY.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
In Witness Whereof, CHASE MORTGAGE COMPANY has caused these Presents to be signed by its Vice President
and Asst. Secretary and its corporate seal to be affixed, this April, 17, 2003
