HomeMy WebLinkAbout889862SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of DELAWARE, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by BRIAN J BUDGE to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 08/09/2002, recorded 08/14/2002 in Official Records Book 496, Page 0501, Document No. 883204 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $160,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers thereunto duly author/zed, the 30 day of April, 2003.
