being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot Five (5) of the Commissary Ranch, Unit
B Subdivision; thence N0°15'23"E along the common boundary line of Lots
Five (5) and Six (6) of said Subdivision a distance of 342.37 feet; thence
S89°42'51"E a distance of 664.43 feet to a point on the common boundary
line of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) of said Subdivision; thence S89°40'37"E a
distance o'f 662.90 feet to a point on the east boundary line of Lot Four (4) of
said Subdivision; thence S5°15'15"W a distance of 355.72 feet to the SE
comer of said LOt Four (4); thence N89°09'04."W a distance of 647.74 feet
to the point of beginning
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
