WHEREAS, the tmdersigned, Genoa National Bank as Trustee under the Hazardc us Substances
Certificate and Indemnity Agreement dated August 15. 2001, executed by Gregory P. Barrett and
Heather L. Bartlett., as Trustor, in which Geno~a N~tion Ba_____~ , is named as Beneficiary, and the
undersigned Trustee, and recorded in Book 470, of Mortgages, Page 736 , in the office of the County
Register of Deeds of Lh~coln County, Wyolmng, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a
written request to reconvey.
NOW, THEREFORE, in according with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
the undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or bersons legally
entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the under-signed under the Deed 6f Trust in the
following described real estate, to-wit:
