Nield, ht sband and wife with rights of survivorship Of the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby grants to THE LEGALLY ENTITLED WATER RIGHT HOLDERS to the Northl~anal as located / in Sections 30, 19, 18, 7, & 6, Township 32 North, Range 118 West and SectiOns 33, 32, 30 & 29, Township 33 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyonfing, its assigns or successors, hbreinafter called the grantee, the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain irrigation facilities, /)nd the right to dispense irrigation waters for the benefit of the grantee, being over, across and upon the followingl described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit: The easement hereby· granted being more particularly described as foll6ws: Parcel No. 1 / Portions of the SE¼SE¼ of Section 31 and the SW¼SW¼ of Section 32 all ofT. 33Iq., R. 118 W. of the ,h . .... 6 P.M., Wyoming, lying between the presently existing northerly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 and a parallel right-of-way line 40.00 feet to the left or northerly side when measured at right angles to the following described survey line of highway, said parallel right-of-xvay line begins in said SE¼SE¼ and ends in said SW¼SW¼: 1 / Commencing at the east quarter comer of said Section 31, from which the southeast comer thereof bears S. 00027'00.8'' W. a distance of 2,645.41 feet, said southeast comer being monumented with a brass cap on a 2" pipe; thence S. 01045'26'' W. a distance of 2,646.04 feet to a point on said survey line of hi hway and THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence with a p~rallel right-of-way line 40.00 feet to the left or northerly side and the 1: esently existing northerly right-Of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 being the right or south¢rly boundary of this parcel, S. 89o35'38.3'' E. a distance of 82.00 feet to the point of ending. The above described parcel Of-land contains 822 square feet, more or less. The basis for bearing is the east boundary of the SE¼ of said Section 31, it being S. 00027'00.8'' W. Parcel No. 2 A portion of the SW¼SW¼ of Section 32, T. 33 N., R. 118 W. of the 6m P.M., Wyomin lying between the presently existing northerly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 and a parallel right- of-way line 41.97 feet to the left or northerly side when measured at right angles to the following described survey line of highway. Said parallel right-of-way line begins in said SW¼SW¼ and ends on th east boundary of a tract of land described in Book 282 PR at Page 13 of the Lincoln County Records: Commencing at the west quarter comer of said Section 32 from xvhich the southwest comer thereof bears S. 00027'00.8'' W. a distance of 2,645.41 feet, said southxvest comer being monumented with ~ brass cap on a 2" pipe; . thence S. 02°08'22.3" E. a distance of 2,647.92 feet to a point on said survey line of highway and THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNINg; . -- · thence with a parallel right-of-way line 41.97 feet to the !eft or northerly side and the prCsent!y existing northerly right-of-way boundary of Wyoming State Highway No. 237 being the right or southerly boundary of this parcel, S. 89°35!38.5" E. a distance of 87.34 feet until said parallel right-of-way line intersects the east l aundary of said tract of land described in Book 282 PR at Page 13, and the point of ending.
