That by those certain terms of the Gladys H. Papworth Family Trust, DILted September 5, 1996, under the provisions of the said trust, under Article XXII, Trustees and Beneficiaries, Paragraph B, the following people will act as Trustees in he following order of succession: 1. Gladys H. PapWorth, the undersigned, presently deceased; 2. April McMurdo and Michael Ruud, jointly. Michael Ruud is deceased; 3. The survivor of No. 2 and Jack Ruud, jointly. B. Jack Ruud has heretofore Quitclaimed and agreed that April McMurdo be empowered to act as successor trustee of the aforesaid trust. A copy of Michael Ruud's Death Certificate, he also being known as Mi, Ruud, is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". It is further declared that under Article XV, that Michael Ruud was a bm ~ficiary, as a rightful heir for a fractional disbursement of the said t .mst. His heirs are April McMurdo, Jack RUud, and Tom Ruud, who was deceased at the time the trust was made and whose share is to be, by the terms of the trust, giVen to his adult son, Christopher Ruud. WHEREFORE, pursuant to the terms of the trust, and to the deceased Michael B. Ruud, the beneficiaries of the trust, by the trust, are April McMurdo, Jack Ruud and Christbpher Ruud, in the fractional shares of one-third (1/3). However, prior hereto, Christopher Ruud, as an individual and April McMur9o, individually and as a Trustee, have reached an Agreement and Release with Disclosure as to the Gladys H. Papworth Family Trust, Dated September 5, 1996. Christopher Ruud has transferred, effective upon distribution of the Trust, and executed that certain Quitclaim Deed to April McMurdo, personally conveying his interest in the trust property to her, assigning to her all interest and all other assets of the trust, being real property, upon'release from any li~bility to the trust and from April McMurdo personally, the same being accomplished on the 5th d iy of November, 2002. Jack Ruud, also by that certain Agreement and Release with Disclosure, Date:l on the 5th day of May, 2000, executed that certain acknowledgment with April McMurdo in behalf of the Gladys H. Papworth Family Trust, Dated September 5, 1996, and transferred his interest to be effective upon distribution of the trust. He also executed a Quitclaim Deed to April McMurdo personally conveying all ~nterest in the trust ro ert to her ass~ mn to her / ' ' ' ' P P Y , 'g ' g his interest in the assets of the trust, being real property. His Quitclaim Deed, dated May 5, 2000, conveyed to April McMurdo all interest in the foresaid real property of the trust. Said Quitclaim Deed was recorded in Book 445 at Page 379 in the Lincoln County Public Records in Kemmen r, Wyoming. :hael B. 717 WHEREFORE, upon April McMurdo as successor trustee executing a Quitclaim Deed as a trustee, conveying to herself personally the said real property of the rust, shall become the t ' fee simple owner of the said property of the trust, presently described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point which is 7 rods east from the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 16 in the Alton, Wyoming Townsite, as same is platted and recorded in th, Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 82.5 feet; thence Sou h 111 feet; thence West 29.5 feet; thence South 21 feet; thence West 53 feet; thence b'orth 132 feet to the point of beginning.
