KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That First Bank of Idaho, 'a corporation, of
the County of Blaine, and State of Idaho, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing
date the 4th day of October , A.D. 2002, made and' executed by, :David J. Truax
as mortgagor(s), to First Bank of Idaho, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $ ]87,200.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on-the 7th day of October, 2002, in Book 501 of Mortgages, page 066, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
