BOOK ' *~'~J- PR PAGE ORDER APPROVING SALE OF PROPERTY This matter having come before the Court this day upon the Petition for Authority to Sell Property ("Petition") filed herein by Jan Ellen Stock, the duly appointed and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of John Gray Hillstead, and the Court having reviewed and considered the Petition with its accompanying exhibits, finds as follows: 1. John Gray Hillstead died on December 3, 2001. Upon the death of J0hn Gray Hillstead, the estate acquired the following property: a. Real estate located at 83130 Hwy 89, Affon, Wyoming. 2. Melvin Dean Shoell and Angela Colleen Shoell have offered to purchase the decedent's real estate for the purchase price of $272,000.00, with a portion of said purchase price being seller financed. A copy of the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate has been filed herein. 3. A Consent to Sale of Property from all of the heirs of the estate has been filed herein, consenting to the sale of the decedent's real property for the price set forth above, and consenting to the seller financing of a portion of the sales price. 4. It is in the best interest of the benefic~ari es of the estate to sell the property described herein. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Personal Representative is hereby authorized to sell the above-referenced property unon the terms and conditions set forth onthe Co,~sent to Buy and SellReal Estate filed herein.
