RUSS ASBELL, also known as RUSSELL J?~$BEEi2; ~hd'PE~tY ASBELL, also known as
PENNY L. ASBELL, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of $]0.00 and
other good and valuable consideration, hereby convey and warrant a one half undivided
interest in the following described real estate, situated in the County o'f Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to RUSS ASBELL and PENNY ASBELL, Trustees, or their successors in trust,
under THE RUSS ASBELL LMNG TRUST, dated December 12, 2001, and any amendments
thereto, whose address is P.O. Box 2846, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, and hereby convey and
warrant a one half undivided interest in the following described real estate to PENNY ASBELL
and RUSS ASBELL, Trustees, or their s~¢cessors in trust, ,rider the PENNY ASBELL
LMNG TRUST, dated December 12, 2001, and any amendments thereto, whose address is
P.O. Box 2846, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, as tenants in common, hereby waiving and releasing
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to
wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming

Together with and including all improvements thereon' and all ap'purtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
