WARRANTY DEED
REINHART - EDWARDS L.L.C., a Limited Liability Company under the laws of the State of
Wyoming, having been duly authorized by and in accordance with its Articles of Organization,
as GRANTOR,
for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
Salt River Homes, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as Grantee
whose address is P.O. Box 3698, Alpine; WY 83128, all of the following described real property,
to-wit:
Lots 179, lg0 and lgl of Nordic Ranches Division No. 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming
according to the recorded plat thereof, recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders
Office.
SUBJECT TO a 30 foot wide Private Roadway and Utiiitie~ easement along
street frontage as shown o~ the official plat of Nordic Ranches, Division
2003 and ~ubsequen~ years genera~ taxes and assessments, all existing patent
reservations, easeme~ts~ right of ways, pro,octave and re~tr~c~ve covenant~
ordinances and applicable baild[ng c~de~, laws and regalafi~n~
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights, easements, tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any
reversion, remainder, rents issues, and profits thereof.
In construing this Deed and where the context so requires, the singular includes
