R E 0::,,:% LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ASSIGNMENT OF OIL AND GAS LEASES KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT: ANSCHUTZ EXPLORATION CORPORATION, with offices at 555 Seventeenth Street, Suite 2400, Denver, Colorado 80202-3987, hereinafter referred to as "Assignor" for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration does hereby sell, assign, transfer, and convey unto ANSBRO PETROLEUM COMPANY, LLC, 555 Seventeenth Street, Suite 2505, Denver, Colorado 80202-3987, hereinafter referred to as "Assignee," 100 percent (100%) of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the lands and leases specifically shown and set forth on Exhibit "A," together with all corresponding right, title, and interest of Assignor in and to all the property and rights incident thereto, including, to the extent transferable, all operating agreements, unit agreements, unit operating agreements, product purchase and sale agreements, leases, permits, rights-of- 'way, easements, licenses, and all other agreements, options and orders relating thereto. This Assignment is subject to all royalty,, overriding interest and all other leasehold burdens which, as of the date of this Assignment, are applicable to the interest assigned. This Assignment is made without covenants of warranty, either expressed or implied, but shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
