dated July 28, 1997, GRANTOR, of Newnan, Georgia, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONEY AND QUITCLAIM to Binka O.
Bone, Trustee of The Binka Bone Living Trust Agreement dated April 16, 2003,
GRANTEE, whose address is 64 College Street, Newnan, Georgia 30263, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing al! rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 40 of the Alpine Village Subdivision One, Amended, as filed and
platted in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, encumbrances,
reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
This Corrective Warranty Deed is made to correct the name of the Grantee as
contained in that Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 517 PR, Page 829, in the office of
the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
