KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DORIE T. ROBERTS and GLEN L.
ROBERTS, trustees or their successors in Trust, under the Dorie R. Roberts Living Trust, dated January 15,
1996, grantors ofBondurant, Sublette County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby ackmowledged, have hereby remised,
released and forever quit claimed unto the said CLIFFORD C. ELLISON and BEVERLY ELLISON of Thayne,
Wyoming, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Star Valley RV Park Unit 1, Lot 37, Township 34, Range 118, Section 6
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations,
Restrictions, Right-of-Way and hnprovements of sight and or record.
