HomeMy WebLinkAbout890154 RECEIVED LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ~' '~,' ~"pRPAGE~ CORRECTION TO ~S~JG~vI~NT OF BOOK_~ OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTERESTS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, the undersigned, Lario Oil & Gas Company, whose address is 301 South Market Street, Wichita, Kansa 67202, hereinafter called "Assignor", executed and delivered to ALE Trust Agreement dated October 1, 1983, hereinafter called "Assignee", a certain Assigl~nent of Overriding Royalty Interests covering lands described on Exhibit "A", dated November 8, 1996, deemed effective October 1, 1996, and recorded in Book 390 PR at Page 436 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as the "Assignment". WHEREAS, the Assignment was in error in that it incorrectly designated the name of the Assignee; and WHEREAS, it is the desire and intent of Assignor and Assignee to correct said error and to provide for the correct designation of Assignee in the Assignment as set forth below. NOW, THE ,REFORE, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Assignor and Assignee do hereby amend the Assignment by conveying to Assignee in the proper capacity identified as follows: Duane L. Haley, as Trustee for the ALE Trust Agreement dated October 1, 1983 9550 East Orchard Drive Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111 All other terms and conditions contained in the Assignment shall remain in full force and effect except as herein amended.
