Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said Section 6, S00°-05'-00"W, 78.43 feet
from the nOrthwest comer of the SW¼SW¼ of said Section 6;
thence S88°-15'-56"E, 182.99 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point at a
fence comer;

DESCRIPTION FOR

ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
To-wit: - -
OUTFITTERS ROAD AMENDED:
A strip of land fifty (50) feet in width within the SW¼SWI/4 of Section 6, T32N R118W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being twenty (20) feet on the northwesterly side and thirty (30)
feet on the southeasterly side of the following described line;
BEGINNING at a cotton gin spike on the west line of said Section 6, N00°-05'00"E,
846.13 feet from the southwest comer of said Section 6;
thence S88°-52'-37"E, 130.10 feet, to a spike at the begirming of a circular curve to the
left;
thence northeasterly, 277.42 feet, along the arc of said curve through a central angle 52°-
59'-03" with a radius of 300.00 feet, to a spike;
thence N38°-08'-20"E, 285.43 feet, to a spike at the terminus of this easement;
HORSLEY ACCESS EASEMENT:
A strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, within the SW¼SW¼ of Section 6, T32N R118W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the center line described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the east line of the tract described on the attached description
titled, "DESCRIPTION FOR RULON DENNIS HORSLEY AND KATHRYN
HORSLEY HORSLEY TRACT", dated 25 February 2003, S00°-04'-57"W, 70.77 feet,
from the northeast point of said tract;
thence N85°-21 '-38"E, 55.23 feet, to a spike;
thence S37°-23'-42"E, 173.95 feet, to a spike on the northwesterly right-of-way line of
Outfitters Road Amended described above;
the side lines of the above described Horsley Access Easement to be shortened or
lengthened as necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of thirty
(30) feet to meet the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Outfitters Road Amended and
the east boundary line of the Horsley Tract referenced above;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW¼ of Section 6, T32N
R118W, being N00°-05'-00"E;
