heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 6, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel entitled "Description for Jensen Rents & Royalties,
LLC Jensen Rents & Royalties Tract" dated February 25, 2003.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO.HOLD the said premises unto the said
Jensen Rents and Royalties, LLC
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any
part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

That part of the W½SW¼ of Section 6, T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 108 of
Photostatic Records on page 66, in Book 428 of Photostatic Records on page 194 and in
Book 455 of Photostatic Records on page 744, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest comer of the SW¼SW¼ of said Section 6;
thence N00°-05'-00"E, 14.85 feet, along the west line of said Section 6, to a spike at the
northwest comer of said tract in Book 455;
thence N89°-04'-37"E, 185.59 feet, along the north line of said tract, to a point;
thence S01°-34'-21"W, 101.85 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point at a fence
comer;
thence N88°-15'-56"W, 182.99 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a spike on the
west line of said Section 6;
thence N00°-05'-00"E, 78.43 feet, along said west line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.41 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW¼ of Section 6, T32N
R118W, being N00°-05'-00"E;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368",'with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
