we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described
premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 6, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlow A. Scherbel entitled "Description for Jeffery
Keith Jensen and Laura Faye Jensen Jeff Jensen Tract" dated February 25, 2003.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Jeffery Keith Jensen and Laura Faye Jensen
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoove forever. So that neither
we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred.

Photostatic Records on page 450 and part of those tracts of record in said Office in Book
108 of Photostatic Records on pages 66 and 67 and in Book 295 of Photostatic Records on
page 614, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said Section 6, S00°-05'-00"W, 258.18 feet
fi.om the northwest comer of said SW¼SW¼;
thence S00°-05'-00"W, 202.16 feet, along said west line, to a spike on the northerly right-
of-way line of Outfitters Road - Amended;
thenceS88 °-52'-37''E, 130.47 feet, along said northerly right-of-way line, to a point at the
beginning of a circular curve to the left;
thence northeasterly, 219.45 feet, along the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Road,
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 44°-54'-23'' with a radius of 280.00
feet, to a point;
thence N00°-04'-57"E, 126.43 feet, to a point;
thence N89°-55'-00"W, 329.56 feet, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
