WARRANTY DEED
SAMUEL ALBERT CLARK III and CARA C. CLARK, husband and wife, Grantors, of
Hayden Lake~ Kootenai County; Idaho for and in consideration of the sum ofTen and No/100 Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and
WARRANT to JOHN L. ROWLEY and W. ANNE ROWLEY, husband and wife, by the entireties,
Grantees, whose address is 847 County Road 152, Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
That an adjustment of NE ¼ Section 5, T30N R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described on Exhibit "A" is in accordance with the plat record
filed in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled "JOHN L. ROWLEY
and W. ANNE ROWLEY SAMUEL A. CLARK III AND CARA C. CLARK
PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT WITHIN THE NE % SECTION 5
T30N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, dated 7* January 2003, as
revised by Marlowe A. Scherbel, PLS No. 5368.
Excepting .and Reserving unto the Grantors, and their heirs, successors, and
assigns, a right-of-way over, across, and along Call Lane and the Cottonwood
heights Road, for access from Lincoln County Road 152 (and Call Lane) to
the East boundary line of said tract described in the attached Exhibit "A".
TOGETHER WITH the right of access contained in Real Estate Sales
Agreement recorded December 30, 1971 in Book 97PR on Page 10 of
the records of Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH the right of access contained in Warranty Deed recorded
April 3. 1995 in Book 366PR on page 511 of the records of Lin'coin County
Clerk.
