Excepting .and Reserving unto the Grantors, and their heirs, successors, and assigns, a right-of-way over, across, and along Call Lane and the Cottonwood heights Road, for access from Lincoln County Road 152 (and Call Lane) to the East boundary line of said tract described in the attached Exhibit "A".
