KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: BOOK
That WE, the mndersigned, PAUL M. GAUCHA.T and JETTE N. GAUCtIAT, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby ~ant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Alton
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assi~s, ("Grantees"), a perpetual eaSement and
right of way for the construction and~continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of
the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be conslructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of ~OMING along
a line described as Follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 23, T31N, RI 19W, Lincoln Connty, Wyoming
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point being the NE corner of the SE1/4SWl/4 of said Section 23;
.Thence West 649.99 fl. to a point;
Thence S 07° 40'00" E, 320 feet to a point;
Thence S 22° E 88 ft. to true point of beginning, at an existing power pole, known as point "A"
Thence N 33° E, 10 feet to a point. '

? EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessm5 and reasonable rights of ingress and e~'ess and t~'excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering With the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Gr~tor that EMF testing
and info~ation is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned affees that all wires
and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
