Box 107, Freedom, WY 83120 as Grantee, WlTNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 449PR ou page 83 recorded with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within Lot 4 and the SW ~fi SE ~A of Se:ction 28, T35N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming ~he metes and bounds being more particularly described as fi)llows: :,.
