KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Star Valley Ranch Association, a
Wyoming' nonprofit corporation, by Florence McLeish, its General Manager, does hereby
certify that the following Notices of Assessment and Lien ("Notices") made and executed by
Star Valley Ranch Association against the real property of those persons listed in each
Notice as lot owners and mortgagors, have been satisfied and released except as to the
owner and lot noted, to-wit:
· Notice of Assessment and Lien dated October 20, 1984, and recorded in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 29, 1984, in Book 220 PR, page
262.
· Notice of Assessment dated April 8, 1991, and recorded in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk on June 7, 1991, in Book 297 PR, Page 350.
· Notice of Assessment and Lien dated August 16, 1994', and recorded in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 18, 1994, in Book 356 PR, page
145.
· Notice of Assessment and Lien dated December 11, 1995, and recorded in
the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 15, 1995, in Book 377
PR, page 601. ~
· Notic~ of Assessment and Lien dated November 15, 1996, and recOrded in
the Office Ofthi~ Lincoln County Clerk on December 2, 1996, in Book 391 PR,
page 361, excepting the lien claimed therein against James Byars as to Plat
5, Lot 27 which lien is not being released herein.
· Notice of Assessment and Lien dated July 20, 1998, and recorded in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on July 231 1998, in Book 414 PR, page
755.
· Notice of Assessment and Lien dated October 26, 1999, and recorded in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 29, 1999, in Book 437 PR,
,, page 538, excepting the lien claimed against James Byars as to Plat 5, Lot
27 which lien is not being released herein.
· Notice of Assessment and Lien dated January 18, 2001, and recorded in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 1, 2001, in Book 459 PR,
page 56, excepting the lien claimed against James Byars as to Plat 5, Lot 27
which lien is not being released herein.
and mortgaging or claiming liens against the following described real estate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to-wit:
All lots of the Star Valley 'Ranch Subdivision according to the official plat
thereof on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk that are specifically
described in the Notices.
And said Notices of Assessment and Lien, with the exceptions stated' above, are hereby
declared to be fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in consideration thereof
Star Valley Ranch AssoCiation does hereby release and quitclaim unto said lot owners,
with the exceptions stated above, their lots as described in the Noticesi'
IN WITNESS WHEREOF; Star Valley Ranch Association has caused this Release
of Notices of Assessment and Lien to be executed by its authorized agent as of the 11th
day of December, 2001.

General Manager of Star Valley Ranch Association, a Wyoming nonprofit corporation,
described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed
in behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors; and said Florence
McLeish acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
