SCHERBEL RLS164 SURVEY POINT"; all in accordance with the plat.prepared and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, titled "PETERNAL BROTHERS, INCORPORATED PLAT OF TRACT AND DIVISION OF SECTION 32 T15N Rll6W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" dated 6 December 1983. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
