KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Marjorie Huhsaker, of Alton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants
contained herein, conveys and quitclaims unto Marjorie Hunsaker, Trustee of the Marge
Hunsaker Family Trust dated the 8th day of March, 2001, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as she has or ought to haVe, in or to all the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of Section 35, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being the same land described as Parcel C (described below) by
Lloyd B. Baker and Associates shown on "Record of Parcel Division for
O'Dell Hunsaker and Marjorie Hunsaker, Garie Hillstead and Marilyn
Hillstead, and Frank Brog and Ruth Brog" dated July 20, 1999, and filed
July 21, 1999, as Instrument No. 860159 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel C
A portion of the N1/2NE1/4 of Section 35, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike found at a point in the North line of said
N1/2NE1/4, said point being 62.59 feet S 89°44'38'' E, along said North line,
from the Spike found marking the Northwest corner of said N1/2NE1/4;
thence S 89°44'38'' E, along said North line, 47.32 feet to a Cotton Gin
Spike set;
thence S 0°06'41'' W, 209.00 feet to an Iron Pipe set;
thence S 89°44'38'' E, 209.00 feet to an Iron Pipe set;
thence N 0°06'41" E, 209.00 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in said
North line;
thence S 89044'38" E, along said north line, 200.03 feet to a Cotton Gin
Spike set;

That part of that tract of land described in that Certain Quitclaim Deed
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 438 PR, page 51,
being a portion of the N1/2NE1/4 of Section 35, T32N, R119W, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike found at a point in the North line of said
N1/2NE1/4, said point being 62.59 feet S89°44'38"E, along said North line,
from the Spike found marking the Northwest corner of said N1/2NE1/4;
thence S89°44'38"E, along said North line, 47.32 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike
set; thence S89°44'38"E along said North line 121 feet, more or less, to an
existing fence; thence approximately S0°06'41"E along said fence line,
209.00 feet, more or less, to the boundary line of said tract; thence
S89°44'38"E along said boundary line, 88.00 feet, more or less, to an Iron
Pipe set; thence S0°06'41"E, 600 feet; thence N89°44'38"W, 256.32 feet,
more or less, to the west boundary line of said tract; thence N along said
boundary line 809 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
