RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE':
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Wallick and Volk, Inc, a corporation of the United States of
America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of November 19, 1992 made and executed by
Richard N. Brough and Sandra H. Brough, as mortgagor, to Wallick and Volk, Inc, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $33,750.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Reg/ster of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on January 22, 1993 in the Book 323PR on page 393 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:
All Lands as Described in said Mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Wallick and Volk, Inc. has caused these Presents to be signed by its
President, Wallick and Volk, this 04 day of June, 2003.
