KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State 6f Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain inortgage
bearing date the 10th day of May, 2001, made and executed by Richard Keene and Kathleen Keene, as
mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $195,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 15th day of May, 2001, in Book 464 of Mortgages, at page 521-526, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said James E.
Ryan acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
