QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS,
KELLY J. MILLER, husband and wife, P.O. Box 699, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantors, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)and Other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released, and forever
quitclaimed unto KELLY J. MILLER and REED DUSTIN MILLER, P.O. Box 699, APron,
Wyoming 83110, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, Grantees, and their heirs and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
sUbject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way
of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said NE~ANE¼, N00°-36L00"E, 244.83 feet
from ti~e southeast corner of said NE¼NE¼;
thence N00°-36'-00"E, 160.71 feet, along said east line, to a point;
thence N86°-40'-16"W, 261.80 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point;
thence S00°-30'-00"W, 172.61 feet, to a point;
thence S89°-16'-36"E, 261.21 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 1.00 acre, more or less;
