(fica Countrywide Funding Corporation) a corporation existing under the laws of the State of NEW YORK, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by ROY A FADROSKI to THE JACKSON STATE BANK bearing date 01/09/1996, recorded 01/11/1996 in Official Records Book 378PR, Page 775, Document No. 814019 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming~ securing a certain note in tile principal sum of $94,500.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
