and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

as Sole Owner,

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
That portion of the S¥~SE¼ of Section 32, T33N RllSW of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming lying easterly of U.S. I-tighway 89.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded March 6, 1929 in
Book 16 of Deeds on page 97 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Containing 13 acres, more or less.
