QUITCLAIM DEED, ASSIGNMENT and BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Wells Fargo Bank West, N.A., formerly known as Norwest Bank Colorado, N.A., as
Trustee of the Dean.,____O. Tresner Trust created under the Gerald T. Tresner Life Insurance Trust
Agreement dated May 18, 1977, as amended, whose address is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., P.O.
Box 5383 Denver, Colorado 80217,. as Transferor, does hereby quitclaim, assign, transfer,
release, remise, and convey unto the following: Jolm Graham, as Trustee of the Dean 9_._Tresner
T~rcst created under the Gerald T. Tresner Life Insurance Trust Agreement dated May 18, 1977,
as amended, as Transferee, whose address is c/o Johnson/Kightlinger & Company, 2300
Broadway, Boulder, Colorado 80304, all of Transferor's right, title and interest in and to all the
oil, gas and other minerals, whatsoever nature and kind, including but not limited to any and all
royalty, overriding royalty, leasehold, working, or all other similar type interests that it' may own
in, under and that may be produced from the lands and leases located in Campbell, Lincoln,
Natrona, Niobrara, Sublette, Sweetwater Counties, State of Wyoming, more particularly
described, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and made a part hereof.
Together with the right of ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of mining, drilling and
exploring said lands for oil, gas and other minerals and removing the same therefrom. It is the
intent of Transferor herein to convey and quitclaim all of Transferor's right, title and'interest in
any and all lands and leases located in the attached Exhibit "A", whether described herein
correctly or not.
To have and to hold all and singular, the above described interest subject to all agreements,
conditions, restrictions and reservations of record; this conveyance being made without warranty
or other assurances, express or implied. Transferor further disclaims all personal or individual
liability or responsibility herein, with responsibility being only in the capacity as Trustee, as
such, only to the extent of Trustee.
Subject to all taxes, assessments and liens thereon and to all legal encumbrances existing as of
the date of this Deed.
WHEREAS, this Quitclaim Deed, Assignment and Bill of Sale is executed this 30th day of May,
2003.

the Dean G. Tresner Trust created under the Gerald T. Tresner Life Insurance Trust Agreement
dated May 18, 1977, as amended.
