AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE
CORRECTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
COME NOW, Ii Lloyd B. Baker, PE/LS 698 and being upon oath first duly
sworn,state and allege as follows:
The affiant is the same person that performed the survey for the property
described in Warranty Deed recorded July 3, 2002 in Book 493PR on page
641 in the Offioe of the Lincoln County Clerk,
That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in accordance with Wyoming
State Statute 34-11-101 Wyoming Statutes (1977 amended), for the
purpose of correcting errors in descriptions of land in recorded instrument.
That a typographical error in the survey and subsequently in the Warranty
Deed recorded July 3, 2002 in Book 492PR on page 641 should be and are
hereby modified by correction as follows:

A parcel of land withiq the SI/~ANE~ of Section 23, T34N RllgW of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being the same property referred to in Deed recorded in Book 69PR on
page 241 and thc propet'ly referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 174PR on page 439, less
the land referred to in Dee. al recorded in Book 406PR on page 598 in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
POINT OF BEOINNING.

BEGINNING at the cotton gin spike set at the southwest corner of thc Mcrica property
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 406PR on page 598, said spike being 60.00 feet N
89°36'10" W, from the B.L.M, type monument found marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS
698, 1995 location for the Southeast corner of said SE °,4 NE ¢i;
thence N 88°36'10'. W, continuing along said South line 86.67 feet to a cotton gin
spike set;
thence N 1°08'17'' E, parallel with the East line of said SE~NE¢, 293.33 feet to
an aluminum cap on an iron pipe set at a point in the Stoker property referred to in
the Real Estate Mortgage recorded in Book 132PR on page 70;
thence S 88'36'10" E, along satd South line and parallel with said South line, 86.67
feet to an aluminum cap on an iron ptpe set at marking the northwest corner of said
Merits property;
thence S I °08' 17" W along the East line of said Merica property, 293.33 feet, to the
Lloyd B. Baker
