FOR VALUE RECEIVED, GAIL M. STOOR, of 915 E. McMurray Blvd., Casa Grande,
County of Pinal, State of Arizona, does hereby convey, release, remise and forever quit claim unto
the Gail M. Stoor Survivor's Trust, Gail Stoor Trustee, utad 1/20/90, for the sum ofTEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS, the following described premises,
to-wit:
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Township 37 North, Range 118 West of the SiXth Principal Meridian
Lot 309 and that portion of Lot 324 of Lakeview Estates Subdivision in Section 29
that lies South of Trail Drive Road and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Comer of Lot 324 and running thence North 280 feet
more or less to the Southerly Right of Way line of Trail Drive Road; Thence S 81 o
40' W along said Right.of Way line 300 feet more or less to the West line of Lot 324;
thence South along said West line 235 feet, more or less to the Southwest Comer of
Lot 324; thence East 300 feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning.
