KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Robert I~1. AIIr~l'a'nd Deborah Jo
AIIred, husband and wife, of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust
created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto
Robert I~1. AIIred and Deborah Jo AIIred and their successors, Trustees, (mailing
address: PO Box 136, Afton, WY 83110) for the uses and purposes set forth in the Robert
M. and Deborah Jo AIIred Family Trust between Grantors and Trustee, dated the 28th day
of January, 2003, Robert M. AIIred and Deborah Jo AIIred, beneficiaries, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all
the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln; State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Records of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln
County, Wyoming. Including any and all improvements appertaining
thereunto.
That part of Lot 4 of Block 30 of the Original Townsite of the Town of Alton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and part of the SE1/4SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25,
T32N, R119W, as more particularly described ~n Exhibit "A" attached.
2-Acre Lot:
That part of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 32, T33N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 122 of PR on page 392, as more particularly described on the
attached "Description for Robert Blair Allen and Carolyne Jo Allen - Robert
AIIred Tract- Revised."
21-Acre Parcel:
Beginning at a point where the North Boundary line of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 32, Township 33 North, Range 118 intersects U.S. Highway 89 on
the East edge, being approximately 2097 feet West from the Northeast
corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 32, and running thence
Southeasterly along said highway 885.6 feet, thence East 1512 feet, thence
North 660 feet, thence West 2097 feet to the point of beginning, together with
water and water rights and appurtenances, being approximately 27.46 acres
of land, more or less,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described five (5) tracts of land:
(1) Beginning at a point where the North boundary line of the SEl/4 of
Section 32, T 33 N, R 118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming intersects U.S. Highway 89
on the East edge of said Highway, said point of intersection being
approximately 2097 feet West from the Northeast corner of said SE1/4 of
said Section 32, and running thence Southeasterly along the East right-of-
way boundary of said Highway 885.6 feet to the point of beginning, and
running thence East 280 feet, thence Northwesterly 165 feet, on a line
parallel to the East right-of-way boundary of said U.S. Highway 89, thence
West 280 feet, more or less, to said East right-of-way boundary, thence
Southeasterly 165 feet, more of less, along said East right-of-way boundaryl
to the point of beginning, and containing one acre, more or less.
(2) A tract of land lying in the NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 32, T 33 N, R 118 W
of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 2279.47 feet; and West, 1823.00 feet
from the Southeast Corner of said Section 32 and proceeding thence East
291.10 feet; thence N 41°34, W, 200.00 feet; thence West 291.10 feet;
thence S 41°34, E, 200.00 feet along U. S. 89 R/W line to the point of
beginning, said tract containing 1.00 acre, 'more or less, together with
improvements located thereon and all water rights associated with the
described property.
(3) A tract of land lying in the NW1/4SE1/4 of Section Thirty-two (32)
Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is North
2279.47 feet and West, 1823.00 feet from the S. E. Corner of said Section 32
and proceeding thence East 291.10 feet; thence North 41°34' West, 200.00
feet; thence East, 121.34 feet; thence South 23°04, East, 232.50 feet; thence
South 30o16' East, 129.15 feet; thence West, 280.00 feet; thence North
41 °34' West, 235.00 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 1.54
acres, more or less.
(4) That-part of the NE1/4SEI/4 of Section 32, T33N, R118W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the. Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Book 40 of PR on page 205, more particularly described
on the attached "DESCRIPTION FOR WAYNE SKINNER AND
SKINNER -- ALLEN TRACT".

(5) Lot 1 of the Hillview Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat thereof.
