KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GORDON TUELLE~, 0f the 'City 'of
Afton, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIMS to SALT CANYON LAND, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter
acquired in and to the Ibllowing described real estate, situate in LinColn County, State of Wyonfing,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
the State of wyoming, to-wit:

The East half of the Southeast quarter (E½SE~A) of Section Nine (9), and the
Southwest quarter (S W1/4) of Section Ten (!0) in Township Twenty-Eight (28) North
of Range One hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
containing two hundred forty (240) acres. Together with all water and water rights
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
