SS BAR - RANCH Plat prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates, within the N1/2NW1/4 of Section 24, T36N, R11 9W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. That on behalf of said Bank the proposed Subdivision is with our free consent and desires. That the name of the subdivision shall be SS BAR - RANCH, the Metes and Bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe marking a point in the South line of said N1/2NW1/4, said Point of Beginning being 601.66 feet N89°53'54"W, along said South line, from B.L.M. type Monument marking the Nelson Engineering' PE/LS 578, 1981 location for the Southeast Corner of said N1/2NW1/4; thence N89"53'54"W, continuing along said South line, 762.30 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence N0°33'44"E 927.67 feet to an Iron Pipe marking the a Northwest corner of Parcel C-1, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 446PR, on Page 554, with said Office; thence Northerly, along the Westerly line the following to Iron Pipes: N85°35'29"E 339.25 feet, N58°26'10"E 1 34.68 feet, N16°57'02"E 121.78 feet and N0"06'12"W 169.26 feet to a point in the North line of said N1/2NW1/4; thence S89°23'18"E, along said North line, 278.00 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence S0°34'07"W 1,308.40 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 19.047 Acres of land. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The 60 feet wide Easement, as referred to in the Easement recorded in Book 445PR, on Page 535, with said Office. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record. That the Non-Exclusive Access Road and Utilities Right-of-Way Easements, as shown hereon, is and shall be granted to the owners, successors and assigns of each Lot created. That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
