Wyoming, as more particularly described below, and their successors and assigns, to enter
upon the lands of the grantors, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, said
strip of land being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width within the SW1/4 of Section 6, T31N,
R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being ten (10) feet each side of the
centerline more particularly described on the attached Description for Hale
Canyon Pipeline - AIIred Addition.
Grantees and their successors and assigns are hereby granted the right to maintain
an existing underground water pipeline over, acroSs and 'along the above described 20-foot
wide .easement to such extent as is deembd"nece~saryto barry water to. grantees' lands
described below. Grantees are also g~:~'n'ted'ihe'right?to. Construct ;.or : install new or
replacement pipelines as they deem necessary to carry the water'to their lands. Grantees,

after any construction or maintenance, shall restore the land to its previous condition as
soon as possible and to the extent possible.

Grantors hereby waive and release all rights to said easement property under and
bY virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state to the extent that such rights may
interfere with the intent of this easement for the purposes stated herein.
