KNOW ALL PERSONS By THESE PRESENTS, that JUDITH A. ROBINSON, a
married woman, as sole and separate property, of 177 Jacknife Road, Freedom, Idaho 83120, and
HANNAH C. KNOWLTON f/k/a HANNAH C. ROBINSON, a married woman, as her sole
and separate property, of P.O. Box 976, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, joint tenants, Grantors, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to LAEL L. ALLRED
and CHRISTINA K. ALLRED, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of P.O Box 5182,
Etna, Wyoming 83118, Grantees, and their heirs and assigns forever, the following described
property situated in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the Untied States Patent and
to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all imprOvements and appurtenances thereon.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
This Corrective Warranty Deed corrects the legal descriptions that were contained in the
Warranty Deeds filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on May 30, 2000, in
Book 446 PR at Pages 327 and 328 as Instrument No. 866139, and on April 30, 2002, in Book
488 PR at Pages 433 and 434 as Instrument No. 880622.

Description - Parcel E Adjusted - 4.620 Acres
The property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 446PR Page 327 (Parcel E) and a portion of Parcel F
as shown on Plat 388-C, ail recorded with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within Lot
2 (NWl/4NE1/4) of Section 2, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., Northeasterly from Etna, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING the BLM type monument set by Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368 set in 1993 marking the
Northeast Comer of said Lot 2; thence S1°41'54"W, along the East line of said NWl/4NE1/4, 303.74 feet
to an Iron Pipe found marking a Northeast comer of said Parcel F; thence N89°03'58"W, along a North line
of said Parcel F and it's Westerly prolongation, 661.82 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set at a
point in the West line of said Parcel F; thence Nl°33'44"E, along said West line, 304.15 feet to an Iron Pipe
found marking a point in the North line of said Lot 2, being the Northwest comer of said Parcel F; thence
S89°01'47"E, along said North line, 662.54 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.620 Acres of land.
TOGRETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: An Easement for Ingress and Egress and Utilities over the
following described 60-foot wide strip of land the Center Line of said strip being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the East line of said Parcel E, said point being 331.27 feet N89°01'47"E and
243.94 feet S1°37'48"W from said Scherbel BLM type monument; thence S1°37'48"W 971.82 feet, more
or less, to a point in the North line of the 60-foot wide Easement miming Westerly to Highway 89 and
further described and shown on Plat 112-D with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH: The 60-foot wide Easement running Westerly to Highway 89 and further described
and shown on Plat l12-D with said Office.
