CONVEY AND WARRANT TO BRAD D. HARDY AND JOLIE COLEMAN
HARDY, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants, grantees, whose address is 1380 Harvard

Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
