releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
The Southerly 37 lA feet of Lot 4 of Block 50 of the Second Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 4 of Block 50; and, running thence
northerly along the westerly boundary line and fronting on Sage Avenue, a distance of
37V2 feet;.
thence easterly at right angles and parallel with the northerly and southerly
boundary lines of said Lot 4, a distance of 140 feet to a point on the
easterly boundary line of said Lot 4;
thence southerly at right angles along the easterly boundary line of said Lot 4, a
distance of 37~,5 feet to the southeasterly coruer of said Lot 4;
thence westerly along the southerly boundary line of said Lot 4, a distance of 140
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservatiOns, restrictions, protective covenantS, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
