amount of $178,000.00 in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as
a nominee for Major Mortgage it successors and/or assigns to be recorded
concurrently herewith.

Beginning at the Northeast corner of NWl/4SE1/4 of Section 25, T32NR119W of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming running thence South 46 2/3 rods:
Thence West 120 rods;
Thence North 46 2/3 rods;
