County, Wyoming, being part of the land contained in Warranty Deed
recorded June 29, 1994 in Book 353PR on page 337 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk'and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest closing corner (Northwest corner of GLO Lot
1) of said Section 28 and running thence S 89 °38'25" E, 50.001 feet to
a point in the east right of way line of State Line County Road 12 -114,
said point also being the Northwest corner of the land contained in
