CORDINGLY, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties Grantees of Po Box 951 Pinedale, Wyoming 82941 for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Parcel l: Lot 9, Narrows Vista Subdivision, according to the plat on file in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Parcel 2: A part of the SE1 /4NW1/4 of Section 12, Township 33 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the common east boundary line of the SE1 /4NW1 /4 of said Section 12 and west boundary line of the Narrows Vista Subdivision at a point NO'10 572.00 feet from the Center One- Quarter Corner of Section 12; said point being marked by a steel reinforcing bar monumenting the southwest corner of Lot .9 and the northwest corner of Lot 10 of the Narrows Vista Subdivision, and running thence NO'10'20 "E, 740 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the southeasterly boundary of Salt River; thence in a southwesterly direction along the boundary of Salt River, 940 feet, more or less, to the intersection with a line running N89'52'32 "W from the point of beginning; thence 89'52'32 "E, 570 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
