Scherbel (RLS 164) 1986 location for the Northwest corner of said NW 1 /4 NE 1 /4 thence S 89 °45'37" E, along the said North line, 165.00 feet; thence S.'U °33'29" W, 551.80 feet; !,:thence N 89 °45'37" W, 165.00 feet to a point in a North -South fence; thence N 0 °33'29" E, along said fence, 551.80 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use. 2003.
