described, does hereby transfer, assign, set over and convey all right, title and interest in
and to said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee by.

A portion of Section 31, T32N RllSW Of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGiNNiNG at a point which is 759 feet South and 247.5 feet East from
the Northwest corner of said Section 31 and running thence East 311.3 feet,
to the edge of the Fairground Ground Road;·
thence South 82.5 feet;
thence West 311.2 feet;
thence North 82.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with the note or notes secured thereby, to the
WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Its successors and assigns, subject however, to all of the agreements, conditions,
covenants and stipulations therein contained~ as well as all rights of redemption provided
by law.
