Richard Rady, the owner of the property the lien is being filed against, whereby Mr. Rady resided at the time of his death at 15132 Covello Street, Van Nuys, California 91405; (iv) for materials, labor, and profit margin as more fully set out in the attached invoices; (v) this lien being made against the estate of ri. Richard Rady; (vi) for the project, which was substantially completed on or about March 30, 2003; (vii) on the property owned by the estate of Mr. Rady and legally described as: Star Valley Ranch, Unit 12, Lot 22 in Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the platted subdivision more specifically located at Township 35, Range 118, Section 31, in the Southeast Corner; (viii) with no written contract evidencing the above-described materials, profit margin, and labor, but with written invoices attached herewith. appeared Mike Kinghorn, known or identified to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged to me that he executed the same.
